Decided to check out BC BBQ since its not too far from my house.
I have passed this placed 1000 times so I finally decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. If your Bbq joint doesn't smell like hickory or pecan wood when you walk in the door run!! As soon as I walked in I knew the bbq was going to be delish! Hubby ordered the link basket and I ordered the 1 meat plate which came with two sides. I had ribs, potato salad and greens. Honestly, everything was good! The ribs had a nice smoky flavor. The potato salad had green onions in it which was surprisingly tasty. The greens were ok but not bad just needed a little vinegar pepper. Hubby really enjoyed his link bawill definitely become a repeat customer!Update: Bear Creek BBQ is the real deal! Hubby and I have tried the chopped beef, slice beef and ribs over the past few weekends. Everything has been awesome. The chopped beef is smokey and not overly greasy. The slice beef is one of the best I've had in life real talk! The ribs are really good also with a nice hickory flavor. The husband and wife who own the restaurant are really nice. I hope this place sticks around! Changing my rating from a 4-5.

Great place to eat. Got two small chopped beef sandwiches with sauce and fries. Service was good. Everything tasted great.

Junk Yard Dog (JYD) is a baked potato topped with 6 meats which include: link, ribs, bacon, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. and good for two to share. We didn't finish it and we had their sweet fruit punch Kool-Aid
